Referring a Patient

We believe communication is an important part of successful patient care. Our team will work closely with your office throughout the referral process and provide updates regarding your patient’s consultation, treatment, and follow-up care.

Once treatment is completed, we are happy to coordinate the patient’s continued care with your office and return them to your practice for ongoing dental needs.
